Polygon PAD shape not transferring to 3D

TI Part TPS25947 footprint created where:

Top layer:

- corner pads are defined by small circular pads with overlapping polygons

- Rectangular pads are normal pads:

Soldermask layer:

- all soldermask are defined by polygons (no auto generated mask)

Right click on footprint name -> Create New 3D Model

It seems to ignore the corner custom polygons and only transfers the "pads" (see below)

After this step, I'm selecting an already uploaded STEP file of the part and using "Insert into design".

Looks ... fishy 😉

Attached a zip with a single par library, and single part design.

BTW ... Gerber generates correctly for Top Copper and Soldermask.

Hi @gwagnerJXG2J ,

The gerbers are the source of truth. You did everything correctly, the 3D Model environment just doesn't handle arbitrary pad shapes correctly. I'll add this thread as evidence for the need to get all of the views of a component or PCB to align.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
