placing component with attribut set fails!

Hi,

in the new place component environment, which is to small to oversee all features of your electronics library part in one view, so it kinda broke my workflow, and frustrates me every time I open it, I can select a package variant relatively easy. Now, with some of my parts, there are package variants, and then I have various technologies, what you call 'attribute sets'. I can select a preferred attribute set, but then placing that combination is broken.
If i double click on the component to actually add it to my schematic, it gives me half a part. schematic symbol is there, package is correct, but no attributes or technology specified.
For example: if I want to place a generic capacitor, i can select 0603, 0805, 0402 etc, that works. But then I select x7r, but it defaults to the top of the list....
Don't think that supposed to happen?
With change technology I can luckily set the right parameters, but man... So Much Extra Work! It frustrates me on so many levels..

Well, I found out you can still type ADD en use the old dialog. which i Prefer, having to get used to something new takes time, if things then don't function like they should, OR I didn't understand the way if functions, that's two different things.... So maybe somebody out there that actually has some knowledge about this?

Is it just a problem with double click?  Can you check if enter / drag and drop place the part with the right attributes?
One known issue is that when you change the variants the selected technology gets reset, we are working on remembering your last selections.

I've tried it out and I can also confirm double click is resetting the attribute set.  We will get it fixed.  Thanks for reporting!

Only today I was able to check it, it seems that both options now work as they should!

That was quick.
