Personal Library no longer updating

I have created a personal library for some of my components. Today I added a new part (symbol, footprint, device, and package). I kept getting errors saying could not rename .....lbr  error code 5 during the save process, but after many restarts of fusion I finally got this new part added.

But now, in my electronics design, this new symbol does not show up. If I open the library manager it does say my library is at the current rev.

So I edited the library, added some descriptions to existing parts, and saved. The library reved up by one. In the electrical design the library rev did go up as well, but no changes I made show up.

How can I fix this sync issue?

Thanks

For what it is worth, I also am having this same issue. Personal local library. I was able to create a new footprint, symbol, package and device. Save and it shows up in the add part menu of the electronics design project.

added another device and that one does not. Version of the library is correct and updated...

And I tried running fusion on a different machine that never had the library stored locally and it also does not show any of the new parts.

Has anyone found a solution? Can not really continue to use Fusion if your libraries just stop working.

Not ideal, but what I did to get around this was to create a brand new library and copied the footprints, symbols and packages over from the old one.

i had the luxury of only two devices to do this with.

the ECAD stuff is super buggy.

also keep in mind that if you export brd, lbr or .sch files for import into Eagle that the urn properties are all wrong. You have to open the files in a text editor and copy the values from wip_urn to urn for anything where urn is blank.

it's not super stable or clean yet

I think the "urn" thing is because something isn't quite right when you "finish" a package and it is not promoting the WIP urn to the primary urn property. Thankfully because the files are actually XML that is a pretty easy fix in a text editor.
