PCB Mouse Bites or V-Grooves

Is there a way to create Mouse Bites or V-Grooves in Fusion 360.

I am trying to create breakaways for the board house.

I tried using holes of 0.015" spaced 0.03" apart but the program will not let me place them that close.

Then I need to create separation between the tooling rails and the actual copper portion of the PCB. I don't see that as a feature in Fusion 360.

Do these features exist in F360?

I could also create V-Grooves but I do not see how to do that in Fusion 360 either.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hi @RCBakerBorn,

I hope this message finds you well. There are no built-in automation for mouse bites or v-grooves but they are doable. V-grooves are the easiest all you have to do is use one of the user layers and draw the v-grooves. When you go to generate the gerbers export that layer as its own gerber file. Let the board house know that the info on that file is the v-grooves.

For mouse-bites you could use something like the attached ULP. It allows you to define a path and then it will place vias or drills along that path.

Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
