Operation not permitted

Hi, I have just upgraded to a new MacBook and when I go to get a component from my electronics library I get this warning.

If I press ok many times it clears and lets me go on designing as as usual.

I was wondering if there is a setting that i need to change to get this warning disabled?

I hope you're doing well. What happens if you try uploading the library to Fusion 360? Does it work then?

What are you trying to do with the library, is it just open it?
