Hello there,

I have received an Altium Project file and I would like to know if it possible to open it in Fusion 360 for some modification.

I hope you're doing well. At this point we don't have a good process for importing Altium design data right now. We can bring in libraries but not the actual design files.

Sorry I don't have better news.
