ODB+ micro vias

I have a design with micro vias (laser drilled blind vias). Which of the ODB+ files contains the information for these vias? When I preview the ODB+ content using Cuprum, I see plated and non-plated through-holes in steps/pcb/layers/through_+_hole, but I don't see anything for the single layer vias. I do see the micro vias in the Excellon drill files. Maybe that's all there is, but I thought ODB+ would have that information as well, since it contains the through-holes.

Hi Mike,

You need to configure the microvia drill layers similar with the through hole ones. The default ODB++ CAMJOB configurations only contain the through-hole pads and vias. Please see below snapshot for an example that shows the Top ro Route2 micro-vias configuration:

You'll need to add all drill layer pairs similar with the one shown above and then all your micro-vias will be exported to ODB++ correctly similar with the Excellon NC Drill files.
