multiple PCB board on same gerber file

Hi,

Can somebody help me about that If I make couple PCB design than how can I put them on the same gerber file to send to the manufacture(JCB PCB or similar online manufacture) ? The manufacture has a limit in 10x10 cmm area of PCB, but my boards are more smaller so I don't want to waste my money to order them in different order.  I would like to order only one on the same place. But I don't know, how can I make it to put together the different boards and how can I mark the border of PCB's that after the manufacture I can separate them from each other easily by hand without any cutter device. What is the method for that. I heard there is  another program use something  called V-cut feature.  Is there any similar in Fusion 360? And how does it work .

Check out this video and see if it provides the answers you are looking for. Towards the end, he uses the process to add multiple designs into a single panel.

Thank you , It almost good for me, but it didn't show, how can be separate the boards from each other after the manufactured them.

Because if they put the same board, there wont be any  trace or hole to crack or cut easier . and if I need to use some hand tools like a saw or dremmel it won't be nice  and maybe it cause some damage on the board.

Hi @repvez ,

I hope you're doing well. Normally you would add slots into the panel to aid in removing the board, or draw lines for v-scoring that's something that you would have to talk to the board manufacturer about.

If the boards don't come cut, then you'll need to separate them using hand tools.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

can you give me a link or  something for it how does it look like?  I didn't find any  fusion related panelization method.  I tried to put some 1mm holes  between my PCB's but it didn't work. I'm not able to  break the panels by hands. I only found  panelization videos from different programs but they were showing that the same pcb  can be multiply on the same manufacture order. And they also use some kind of program feature like a mousebite or V-score ect.. But I would like to put  different PCB's on the same place to order them once. And some of them it doesn't have rectangle shape. So it very difficult to make a lot of drill holes each by each around the PCB's by hand. And after that there still hold together strong to be removed by hand easily.

For this I should need some automatic feature to do that.

Hi @repvez ,

I hope you're doing well.  Normally, the best resource for this would be the board house. Every board house does things a little bit different, so you should talk to them and find out how they want those cutouts called.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

I'm not an expert with the electronic design and I don't know if they told me some specific advice to do .

And I will contact with the manufacture only via webshop, so I can't explaine  so well what is my problem and may it cause that I need to redesign the whole PCB that they can make the perforation between them.

That is why , I would like to do in advance the separation that there is no problem any manufactures
