Till now there video tutorial for multi layer PCB design and component alignment with in the PCB could you please help me how to do it in fusion 360 or else please attach any document for this

I hope you're doing well. You can setup multiple layers and via configurations using the layer stack manager in the Design Preferences window.

With that said you mention component alignment within the PCB. If you are referring to components placed within the inner layers of a PCB this is currently not officially supported in Fusion. Achieving it will require good communication with your board house and lots of workarounds.

there is no video tutorial for multi layer pcb design with fusion 360 electronics,  kindly do the needful.
