Modified sketch linked to my 3d pcb to add holes, but they aren't showing in actual pcb

I have a sketch linked to my board. Originally there were no holes and it synced well with the board - I made several dimension modifications, etc, and these updated fine. Just now I added some holes to the sketch:

However, these do not show up in the 3d pcb:

However, the sketch is clearly linked correctly - when I make the sketch visible, you can see the holes:

How can I make these holes actually holes in the 3d pcb, instead of merely showing up as outlines from the sketch? Please let me know if any further details would be useful.

Do me a favor and double click the PCB icon in the mechanical timeline at the bottom left of the 3D PCB workspace.  That should prompt you to select the profile to use for the 3D PCB.  Depending on the way the holes were introduced, the tools may require you to select the sketch “profile” (closed sketch primitives) and you may need to deselect these to create those holes.

hope this helps,

matt - Autodesk.
