Missing Origin layers 23 and 24.

I am missing the origin layers, layer 23 and layer 24, they are not in the design manager I need to enable the origin to solve another issue that I am having Thanks in advance

I hope you're doing well. So are you saying that you need the cross hairs on a drawing or that you need a pick and place file?
