HI 

first question, what is the meaning of the black circles i marked? 

in this photo 

 

2nd question , why is there missing pins in the schematics ? how am I supposed to connect them ?

 

why its not showing like this picture where all pins are there so i can route them 

like this

i can invoke in eagle , how i invoke in fusion 360?

Hi @liquid_words,

 

I hope you're doing well. In Fusion 360, on the schematic right clicking on any component you'll have the option to Invoke the components. You'll also find the INVOKE command in the Modify menu.

 

In the first picture, those are inverted and clock pins. In the symbol editor, you'll see this in the pin properties in the function combobox. These are usually only used when dealing with digital logic circuits.
