library does not scroll to last line, OSX

In the library manager, or if I open the ADD window to add a part I can never scroll to the last line in the window (I cannot see the line). If I make the overall window large enough to fit the whole list in the window (and scrolling is not needed), I can see the line. I run Fusion 360 on a mac.

For me, I can scroll to the last line of the library.

I am not sure if I misunderstand something here.
