Keeping off board switches and other parts out of the CAM output for Electronic designs

I have a small design that has some switches and connectors that are part of the schematic. I need them in the schematic but not in the CAM output for the project. Out of the gerbers and, of possible, out of the 3DPCB. What is the easiest way to do this?
