Issue with custom attribute

I am having this issue with a custom attribute that I made. I have a wire solder symbol/footprint and I have a attribute on the main component with the name of USE.
When I put down the symbol I name the attribute to something meaningful, like 5V in, Signal-1, etc. But for some reason I can not get it to work on this on component.

It works to show it on the schematic but not on the layout.

Here are some screenshots.

Maybe @jorge_garcia can help?

Hello @moseydroop ,

Would you be willing to share the library part with me? I'd like to play with it to see if I can figure out what's going. If it is a bug then the developers will want a file to play with as well. So we'll need a file either way.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,

Hey this is strange, I posted this after trying about 1-2 hours to get it to work.

Than after lunch it just worked. Didn't make any changes I just placed the footprint and there it was.

Strangest thing.
