Resizing from the top causes them to shrink from the bottom.

Hi @bentwookie ,

So sorry to hear that you're having trouble.

Currently we cannot reproduce this issue by ourselves, we will keep an eye on this.

Could you please reset to default layout and try again?

Please kindly let us know if you met this issue again in the future. Thank you.

I'll come up with some steps. I was able to make it happen at will, even after resetting to default layout. I destroyed the laptop I was doing this on, so I'll have to come back to this in a few days or so.

I can reproduce is this at will:

1) Tear off the inspector so it floats

2) Resize the inspector from the bottom (bottom left works too)

3) Attempt to drag the same inspector from the top.

Hi @bentwookie ,

Good news that I can reproduce this issue now.

The key point is when we dragging moving the panels, the mouse cursor is on the top area of the panel.

So the current workaround is not put mouse cursor there before dragging moving, but you could put the mouse cursor a little bit lower (like in the middle area of panel instead).

Hope it helps a little.

We will keep you be posted once we have a fix about this.

Hope you have a great day.

Best regards,

Helen
