At time stamp https://youtu.be/UA_USbMZ85U?list=PLmA_xUT-8UlL5wTsDLkXtj_nBwojmRf5b&t=160 he states the local library does not have any 3D content. Okay I agree.

Yet at time stamp https://youtu.be/UA_USbMZ85U?list=PLmA_xUT-8UlL5wTsDLkXtj_nBwojmRf5b&t=187 he states that the Distortion_Explorer is the local library based on the icon and yet you can clearly see in the library details on the right panel there is a 3D model associated with this Type: local library. 

so @jorge_garcia what gives?

The local libraries that comes with Fusion are the exact same copies of the managed libraries from library.io. They have 3D models attached with them. But if you create a local library it will not have 3D models attached to it.

Hey @rg.jones ,

I hope this message finds you well. That is very observant of you, and I didn't realize that was in there. So what is going on? In the EAGLE/Library.io era there was a bug that became a quiet feature. Some users discovered that you could store all of your 3D models in one managed library and then copy from there into local libraries. In that scenario the local libraries would preserve the link to the 3D model even though they were not managed. This trick doesn't work in Fusion because everything is on the cloud.

I made this library a years ago and I didn't remember that I had done that when I made the library.

@frijo.francis0912 This was one of my personal libs in the video, sorry for the confusion.
