How to make a Polygon Pour

I have used Eagle outside of F360 for years and this  is the first  board inside F360 I have done.  In the old  days, I would create a polygon and rename it to  the Signal  Ground for a bottom ground plane.

In F360, the polygon tool will start to make a square but when I am done and press enter, the polygon disappears. There has to be some little thing or button I am not pressing but I cannot figure it out.  Thanks.

You can double click to make the polygon pour as the user guidance message shows.
