How to export .sch and .brd file?

I want to export the electronics design in board and schematic files like eagle.
if there is no feature like that then i want one.

This is pretty simple, but you have to do the board/schematic separately.

In the board/schematic view, click the "File" icon in the upper right corner (assuming you are using Windows). From the options, select "Export", and drop the file type down to export to an Eagle format. Save it into a directory. Do this for both the board/schematic. You should now be able to open them up in Eagle.

after the .sch and .brd files are separately exported from Fusion 360, how to link the .sch and .brd together in Eagle 9.4.1?

I believe Eagle links files by name, so just make sure they are named identically (excluding the file extension) and are in the same directory.
