How to edit global attributes

Hi guys, in Eagle I was able to edit global attributes by navigating to edit » global attributes... however I can't find where to edit this in Fusion 360, hoping you could point me to the correct place

(My projects define global variables like >REV, >DATE, >TITLE etc)

Hi @sebastienSQA5P ,

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately there is no option yet in Fusion Electronics UI for editing Global Attributes similar to Eagle (in Edit drop-down) but you may perform command ATTRIBUTE * in Fusion Electronics CLI to get the Global Attributes dialog in Fusion and access and edit your global attributes there.

Hope this was helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions regarding this.

Hi @Kristey ,

I hope you're doing well. There's currently no built in mechanism to have the same Global attributes on both the schematic and the board. By design they each get their own set.

@HelenChen-ElectronicsQA I think there may already be a ticket for this. Could you confirm? If there isn't it would be a good enhancement request to have a mechanism to sync the global attributes between both.

In the meantime, if you find yourself using the same set of attributes constantly you could write a script and run it on both editors to create the attributes for you.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
