How to combine bodies in an imported PCB?

I imported a PCB from Eagle to Fusion360 and want to combine bodies of individual components on the PCB. However since everything was imported, I can't edit it directly. I made a screencast depicting this problem more clearly. Is there a work around to this where I can combine bodies and edit individual components in the imported assembly?
