How do i get all wire connections to show in schematic.

I have added a shift register to my board.

I don't see how to connect pins 8 and 16 to my power and ground circuits as they are not shown by the symbol.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You

I hope you're doing well. Use the INVOKE command and click the component. That will allow you to bring in the power pins so that you can connect them. Normally it's good practice to put all of the power pins on a separate sheet to not clutter up the main schematic.
