Hotkeys not working when the route command is active

Hello,

In the latest update none of the hotkeys seem to work when the Route command is active. I cannot start a new command with a hotkey (e.g. Move or Undo) and I cannot even undo with Ctrl+Z. I have to click 'Done' in the Route command's dialog window. This really slows down the layout process for those who use hotkeys all the time.

Fusion 2701.1.27 x86_64
Windows 11 Pro 25H2 (26200.8037)

I was able to reproduce this. I've created a bug report for it.
