Gerber with wrong trace data.

Hi forum,

I've designed few PCBs with Fusion360 with some problems and solves for them too.

In my last design, I've checked so many times on manufacture area, generated gerber files and sent them to de PCB manufacturer. 

Sadly they've returned to say there is an issue with the design.

When I reopen the manufacture are there was no problem but after I open gerber files with another program(Gerbv), this is what I see (as also PCB manufacturer saw):

After this issue, I've regenerated gerber files without touching the settings and problem have gone:

But still I don't know what caused that problem and how I can trust the files. Because that fault could be unnoticeable and I could lose more than few hours.

I hope you're doing well. I think you have already done this but just to be sure have you implemented the Windows environment variable to force gerber decimal output?

FORCE_DECIMAL_GERBER_OUTPUT
true

Let me know if this helps. Once you've set this environment variable up you shouldn't have any more concerns like these.

Also thanks for reply, I'm using English Windows 10 but my region is Turkish.

So that option sounds related and I've added system environment.

I hope this will help.

This have occurred randomly so I don't know how to test if this have fixed my problem.
