Fusion Elec. Package Generator is broken

Labels are missing, see the image below.  I included a small video with all details.

I have the same issue:

The text is still there, however even selecting something or typing in the boxes doesn't show up. 

Also, it seems like the generator locks up if you enter values in some of the boxes. You can't move the cursor around.

Adding a package from the web is also broken in the same way:
