When I try to edit this file, it can't be able to save, shows read only mentioned in the pic even through i have subscribed.

Hi @asprakash83,
I hope you're doing well. This happens because it seems there is a newer version of the file available, you can see on the top left that you have the warning yellow triangle. You can do a File > Save As Latest to make it the latest version of the file. I figure that's what you are trying to do.
