Fusion 360 Electronics Simulation

Can you simulate a Temperature sensor and Load Sensor in Fusion 360 Electronics or NGSpice? I am finding a way to simulate my Sensor, LCD, Logic Gates, MCU (ATmega328p), and IC's like HX711.

I am currently making a Mango Dryer using an Infrared Heater with a Fan that distributes the heat inside the compartment.
