Feature suggestion - locking components

It would be very useful to have seperate options to lock X and Y and both for movement purposes and also to have an option to leave displayed attributes such as part name unlocked. This would mean I can lock down my PCB and then move displayed attributes seperately. Currently, I am switching between selectable layers to unlock and lock regions of a PCB but this is very tedious with 215 individual components.

I believe this suggestion would massively improve the finishing up workflow on a PCB

I hope you're doing well. Thank you for the suggestion. Have you tried using the selection filter? I think it would address your needs, at least partially.

This would allow you to make granular selection, for example only selecting the attributes.
