feature Request - Wiring harness tool

Hello Everyone, 

I absolutely don't know if this is the right place to tell my needs, if not, maybe some moderator is so kind to push it into the right spot. 

first of all, I'm using Fusion360 since years, and beside some small issues it worked totally fine to me! I use it in my Projects very intense, 3D part modeling, sheet metal work, manufacturing since the earliest days, I also started with electronics and I'm using also Eagle. 

now I'm looking for a harness tool to do automotive wiring harness and there is no easy simple solution out there to model a 3D wiring harness that would suit my simple needs. 

grab a connector as part, define which body is a connector pin, describe the name

make spline between each connectors

define the connections between the pins and connectors (including the option to import a csv file)

choose if you want some special needs like twisted drill cabling or service loops

define the splices between connections

done. 

get out a csv file with the connections and cable lenghts and pin types and what ever you want to specify in the body preferences of the pin

and be able to drag & drop a connector in the room and be able to high lite single connections between pins.

for now I'm using rapid harness, thats kinda industry standard in motor sports, but if you are used to 3D modeling, its kinda complicated and other software even like Inventor does not support all the needs. you can do a wiring harness but it does not calculate on the single cable on the loom, a loom is Always like pipe. 

fusion is already able to handle everything, except the possibility to add a wire between two connectors,.. 

I did a lot of research to find a software but there is none out there. 

Maybe there is already an idea like that in the pipe - just asking, and wanted to share my needs 🙂
