F3E Via stiching and GND polygons

Hi,

seems like polygon pours does not see GND vias from via stiching tool. Manual vias work.

One more -

All vias are GND and polygon is GND.

The one selected is manually placed, the other one is via stich.

I hope you're doing well. @HelenChen-Autodesk , I think this is already being worked on but can you take a look ? The expected result is that their shouldn't be an airwire.

For the via stitching issue, our develop team is working on it.
