While routing a net (GND) on the bottom layer, clicked middle mouse button to switch to top layer, clicked ok on the dialog window and the following error occurred.
I was able to save after clearing the error.

I hope you're doing well. Can you reproduce this consistently? If you try to route it right now will it pop up the error again. When these errors come up they are hard to diagnose because they are usually one offs.
