Electronic library, user created, how to share/update/contribute/pull/push?

After a year working with fusion, I have created/modified some libraries, essentially to add some small components, or to add the 3D package. E.g. Molex libraries con-Molex, and one I have imported I guess from libray.io, or even solve some issues (e.g. slot holes issue on the USB connectors Wurth-Elektronic libraries)

Is there a way to propose the updates so that anyone can benefit from these contributions, also have some community/peer reviews on some complex components and indeed share designs. 

I do not really know how fusion 360 works to link component with libraries. Is there any file where this can be controlled?
