Dimension Layer in footprint not being respected

I have a really simple board I'm designing using board edge connectors.  I used a footprint for a PCIe x16 slot and within it, the dimension layer is defined.  I have created a line, of the same width, connecting exactly, and also tried overlapping the parts, but still Fusion/Eagle will not enclose my board.  I have made the design public so anyone can see the issue exactly as described.

Hi @Velekh,

I hope you're doing well. Visually it looks correct but if Fusion isn't recognizing the contour on the Dimension layer that means something is slightly off, you'll have to confirm the locations of the endpoints of the segments of the board outline. You'll likely find that there's some point where things look visually OK but they are off by a really tiny value.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,

I have, and I have even overlapped the dimension layer by 1mm, still it doesnt detect.  I'd be more than happy to share the parts and brd file if needed
