delete or change title block in frame of schematic

I am new to Fusion360 electronics.

I opened an existing schematic file which I am editing.

The file contains a frame with descriptive text above the title that I want to edit.

How do I 

1) remove the frame so I can add a new one

2) Edit that text above the title
