Customize colors

Are there any plans to allow full customization of design colors? Even in high contrast mode it can be difficult to read pad labels and other text in the PCB design.

you can at least change the layer colors as you want, im not sure if that is what you mean though. click on layers icon then pick a layer then click on the first box beside "appearance". a color selector will appear.

It's not the layer colors, it's the other colors, or lack thereof. For example, labels for pins and nets can only be white, IFAIK. I don't find the example below particularly easy to read.
