Ctrl-W Closes Schematic

In an eagle schematic , Ctrl-W initiates the drawing of a wire.

In a fusion schematic , Ctrl-W immediately closes the schematic window and sometimes ruins the schematic/pcb sync.

As an Eagle user for 20 years, I press Ctrl-W frequently.  The new behavior makes me frustrated frequently.

I know that Fusion is not eagle, but you are brining along many of us grey beards along for the journey.

What is ctrl-W intended to do in Fusion?

Hi @kevin2MSFQ ,

I hope you're doing well. In Fusion 360 Ctrl+W is a reserved shortcut for closing the window 😞

I tried to see if I could just reassign it to the net command but Fusion doesn't allow this. I'll put in a request for some way to change this, but it's not likely this will change soon. If it helps the current shortcut for the net command in Fusion 360 is R.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.

Best Regards,
