Create IMS pcb possible?

Hello,

I create a system with Bottom cooled IC's and a IMS (0,035mm copper, 0.15mm dielektrik, 1mm Alu)

It is possible to define 1 one layer pcb with this Layer's and how?

(I want to make a thermal simulation and I hope it's possible)
