Copper rank not working

I want to make two copper pours, one smaller copper pour is inside the larger copper pour.

They have the same net. I want them to be separated from each other such I will decide where to connect the two pours (via thick route).

What I want to do is something like in image below. I was able to generate that view by assigning a dummy name for the smaller copper pour net (like xyz) then return the net name to the actual name (DC_GND which is same as larger copper pour). However, generating gerber results to continuous ground pour, even if I set rank 1 on smaller copper and rank 2 on larger copper.

I doubt if that's possible.

Remember that in Fusion Electronics all of the connections are defined by name, so if the track, polygon and via have the same name then they want to connect.

My workaround will be drawing the required isolation in the Restrictbottom layer with the line command and then re pour the polygon.
