Component Misalignment on PCB

Hi,

I can't figure out why a 3D component is slightly misaligned with the footprint holes in my design.  I edit the package in the library so that it seems to line up perfectly, but the design still shows a slight misalignment in the 3D PCB file.  I'm not sure of the best way to share the file(s) here, since it involves multiple linked files.

It turned out I needed to "update design from library" after saving the changes.  That solved the issue.
