Command upgrade suggestion: Polygon Cutout

Polygon cutout command should allow selection of layers the cutout will affect.

The same cutout does not have to be re-drawn for each of layers in the board.

My workflow has a step to remove polygon pour stubs as seen below. I have to go layer by layer and draw polygon cutouts around groups of vias. This is why I made the suggestion. It is very time consuming process.

I don't know if this affects anyone else.

With the way Fusion (EAGLE) works, it's unlikely that an object (a polygon cutout, in this case) would be able to span across more than the layer it's in. This is true of any other software that works with layers, e.g. AutoCAD.

There's no need to draw it again. Just copy-and-paste it in the same point, then select one of the two instances and move it to another layer.

Anyway, those stubs that you get aren't an issue, especially on internal ground/power planes. It's just aesthetic. I would only be concerned with stubs on signal wires, unless you're working in the GHz range.
