Change 2d PCB Dimensions (Reduce / Enlarge PCB Dimensions In Project)

I have a 2d pcb populated with components linked to the schematics, etc.  This is a copied project from another project which originally had the defined original PCB, so, the PCBs are divorced, are no longer linked or connected to each other (not sure it would matter).

Anyhow, the question is, anyone ever find a simple way to change the PCB dimensions towards the end of a project, to make it smaller or larger (length and width).

Would like to use a known way rather than mess things up at this stage going back to the prior version, etc.

Thank you.

If it is just a matter of making the board outline smaller, you can go into the 2D board editor, select the outline objects (layer 20 - dimension) and edit the coordinate values in the properties window.

If you are looking for something more complicated than that, I need some more context to frame a solution.

On the 3d board i went into the 2d board editor, there was no board to edit, it was just some grayish screen, the sketches did not show anything.  I tried getting back to the 3d board I started from clicking on the icon and Fusion froze up for a minute, clicked the x and was sending the error to MS.  No 2d board was ever seen to edit....Now I have some service utility from Fusion with 7 options.  Interestingly enough I restarted fusion and now see in what had been the 3d board  a sketch of the PCB.

Could you detail your edit sequence....hate mess things up and spend half a day getting it back how it was...

Unless there is another board editor some place... Thank you.

oddly enough, when I push the 2d circuit board to the 3d, the colored components I had are all black now, the resitors had been red and the capacitors blue...any idea how to get these colors back?

so now, it appears the silk screen of a component does not move with the component along with the component location to the 3d board, yes, crapped up, what I was trying to avoid....

Can you upload some screenshots to explain what you are seeing?

If you're working on modifying your PCB layout and need to change 2D PCB dimensions (reduce/enlarge PCB dimensions in project), make sure to adjust the board outline carefully to avoid issues with component placement or edge clearances.
