Castellated pad devices in package design tool

It would be nice if there was an option to create 3D parts and pad layouts for micro controller boards with castellated pads, like the RPi Pico, Adafruit QtPy, Arduino Micro, etc. there is a castellated pads device for resistor, Diode, and capacitor array packages, but it is locked down to certain packages, pin counts, etc. It would save a lot of time designing for such devices. I'll post this to Ideas board also if possible.
