Castellated Holes are not Rendering Correctly in 3D PCB

Hello,

I am transitioning from Eagle to Fusion 360 Electronics and trying to work through a few problems. One thing I am trying to figure out is how to properly render castellated holes in the 3D PCB? Please see my attached image for reference. Notice, although I have a board outline directly through the center of the holes, the 3D render still shows the complete hole. The castellated holes always rendered correctly when I pushed the 3D model from Eagle.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! Screenshot 2025-08-04 095605.png

Hello @david_morvay ,

I hope you're doing well. Unfortunately at this time the 3D PCB can't render castellated holes correctly. So you have done everything right it just doesn't work right now. I'll add your comments to the existing feature request for this.

In the meantime you'll need to have good communication with you board house to make sure they can process the files correctly to produce the castellated edges.

Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you.
