Cannot change color

Hi, I downloaded the .igs file and found out that I CAN change some colors and some not (it stays orange/yellow). I would like to have everything black. Does anyone know how to fix it?

The igs file imported as surface bodies. The entire model is individual surfaces and not "watertight". Perform a stitch operation on the top and bottom halves of the case and you should be able to apply appearances to your model once it is a solid body.
