Can't figure out how to save created devices in my preferred library

Hi. I know I'm missing something obvious, but the only procedure I've been able to figure out to engage in the process of creating a new device is File > New Electronics Library. Literally every video I've seen on creating new devices in F360 instructs the user to invoke "New Electronics Library".

I'd previously created a new library for the devices I've made when I made my first part from scratch. I can't seem to figure out how to save subsequent new parts in this library... nor have I found a way to move devices between unmanaged libraries. Can this be done using the "Browse" feature?

If you have created a library and saved, it should be stored somewhere in Fusion Team. Here are some steps you can try:
1. Make sure the data panel is visible
2. If you remember the name of the library document, you can search the name

3. Otherwise you need to switch to the team hub you used before
4. Then go the project

5. Find the library document and open it

6. Now you can add new devices into it.
