BUG: Can scrolling in the inspectors NOT change popup values please!

I just littered a part with a heaping pile of bogus settings because I didn't notice that while trying to scroll the overall inspector panels around, I was sometimes scrolling values in the various popups. I have no idea which ones are off default now and there a bunch of them. 

Scrolling should only change the values of popups when you've popped them up. It's dangerous and just makes the normal operation (scrolling the overall inspectors) harder.
