Bug breaks schematic, but only reveals itself after some time.

The mysterious bug has reappeared.

Something happens with the schematic file at some point in time, but everything seems to work fine. Then after some time, I open the schematic and everything is gone. Trying reverting to any of the last functioning versions only show blank schematics. If I look at the history (below) there is a version with a blank preview. Every version that is newer than this one is broken, but the older ones work fine.

I have had this issue three times now, made a post last time I had it.
https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-electronics/fusion-breaks-design-files/m-p/9473659#M1366

The result from the last round was: Everything beyond the first "blank version" is lost and cannot be brought back.

Hi @erik.buerV95QJ

I am sorry to hear that you have some trouble with the schematic files.

How did you get the file "repaired"? Did you promote a previous version and continued with this one. I will contact the dev team. Let's see what they say...

Thank you and best regards,

Update:
Yesterday I reverted to an older version which seemed to work. Opening fusion today this schematic file is also blank.

Reverting to the older version therefore does not solve the problem...

I'm NOT saying to go and try this immediately but I wonder if clearing your cache and restarting Fusion might change anything....

Hi @erik.buerV95QJ ,

would it be possible to send the schematic file to me in a private message? So we could have a look into the file and try to find out whats going on.

Thank you for your help and sorry for the inconvenience.

Regards,

Richard Hammerl
