Board shape in 3D not matching 2D view

Hi,

we have a smal pcb which we paneliced to a 16x panel.

In the 2D view the outlines of the indifidual pcb's are shown correctly.

However when i push it to 3D view some cutouts are missing.

Is this a bug? How can i prevent this?
