Best practice for save different routing results

After using the Autorouter in first approach, I like to route some wires manually first finished by the autorouter. It is possible to compare the results?

There's no mechanism for saving different routing results. These will become invalid as soon as you route something manually or change something. The recommended approach when working with the autorouter is to route any critical signals manually first, then let the autorouter go to town on what's left.
