Basic manual routing between vias?

Very simple question: How do I create a signal path between two vias in PCB design?

I am making a PCB loop antenna. No components, no schematic, just a vertical SMA launch, a via, and some microstrip traces. First time user. I want to place two vias and run a 63 mil wide copper trace between the two. I can start a trace from one via, but it won't let me connect it to the second via. What am I doing wrong?

See attached .png. Thanks!

I think i found your answer, i was having the same problem as a beginner but since no one answered Ill give it a shot. If you select the Via you want to connect it to and then rename it. So if via one is S$1 and the next via is S$2, rename S$2 to S$1 as well and it will ask you if you want to connect them. Then you can draw the trace between them.

Hold down the CTRL before start routing a net and you can select whatever you want in that net.
